Due to the nature of wholesale business, returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by strict conditions.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged during transit
Product received is defective / not working
Product received is different from the ordered item
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Low sales or unsold stock
Incorrect order placed by the buyer
Return Request Timeline
All return or damage complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Requests after 24 hours may not be accepted

Clear images or video of the issue
Invoice copy (if available)
Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Have original packaging and accessories intact
Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Imported Products Disclaimer
Some products sold by TP-9 Mobile Accessories World are imported items.
Imported items do NOT carry any guarantee or warranty, unless clearly mentioned at the time of sale.
Counter / Checking Warranty Policy
Certain products are sold with counter-check / checking warranty only
Under checking warranty:
Only fresh and unused items will be replaced
Used items will NOT be replaced
Replacement is subject to inspection and approval
Warranty Replacement Terms
Replacement will be provided only with a fresh unit
Used or damaged items are not eligible for replacement
Physical damage, liquid damage, or mishandling will void warranty immediately
6 Months / 1 Year Warranty Products
Products sold with 6 months or 1 year warranty are covered strictly under warranty terms & conditions
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects
Accessories and consumable parts may not be covered
Company / Brand Warranty
For branded or company products, only company-provided (care) warranty is applicable
TP-9 Mobile Accessories World acts only as a supplier
Warranty claims must be handled as per the brand’s official policy
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be issued via:
Bank transfer, or
Adjustment in the next order (as mutually agreed)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
Refunds (if approved) will be processed only after product inspection
Buyer must share valid bank details
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Clearance or discounted products
Special offer items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Final Authority
All decisions regarding returns, refunds, and warranties taken by
TP-9 Mobile Accessories World shall be final and binding.
